Pretty pissed about this order?
Can anyone help me Cause I keep emailing customer service and instant messaging not get a return message. I ordered some shirts bbcicecream.com but when I put my credit card information on it saying to error processing but when I checked the card balance of the money was gone. I have the code of the bank's approval, what am I supposed to do?
If you tried to call something and got an error message before the order was complete, the money is probably still waiting. Review the details of the transaction with your bank and make sure it says pending verification, pending, or something. Unfortunately, you have to wait a few days before the money will be refunded to your account and used again. This is standard procedure for most credit cards.
