Everyone Has a Credit History / Rating
Yes, everyone has one of these, even if you never had a credit card or a loan. Your credit history is made in reports compiled by credit bureaus and provided to lenders, landlords and utility companies at their request.
When you apply for a credit card, mortgage, loan or other, the fine print found on the application of the lender's permission, your credit history to review. The lender usually asks a credit report from one of the "Big Three" credit bureaus. To report information to credit bureaus, creditors must fill out an application and a fee charged for each office, which they want to belong to. Membership is voluntary. No creditor has to report anything to any office. The more "economical" Creditors can afford the time, effort and money to a credit bureau report. Given the fact that each office has its own, private database and because the credit bureaus typically do not exist out information and to each other here, you can even have up to three different credit history.
Thus, the the credit bureaus for their services subscribed to? Banking, finance companies, department stores, tax authorities, landlords and other "lender" all the credit rating agencies to subscribe. If a creditor is a CRA subscribed services, the creditor is allowed to report information about your account activity.
This information is stored by the rating agency in a national database and contains the following:
1st Your payment history;
Second, where you and your work employment history;
3rd Your age;
4th Whether or not you have been divorced;
5th Your address history, and
6th In some cases, your salary expectations.

1st Bankruptcy information from the Federal Government and
2nd Judgement and tax lien information from courts (district, Circle, Right, municipal, superior, judge, probate and state), town clerk and register of deeds.

The timeliness of the data collected from court buildings depends on the size and / or location of each court. Data from courthouses serving large urban areas is frequently updated. In most cases, bankruptcies are collected on a daily basis. Almost all other data collected courthouse monthly or weekly, with some information (mostly from court buildings, the less populated areas) collected quarterly.
Experian also found that as soon as it receives information, the information in the database is taken within 24 hours. Records of tax liens, judgments and bankruptcies nationwide are available.
