Question about credit card approval?
My husband was approved for a credit card when he called told him he must call the fraud department before sending it. Why should I? He already made by fax in certain documents, said they received and was approved but had to call the fraud department.
Makes absolutely no sense. When asked why, what do you say? This could be some kind of scam. Legitimate companies do not approve credit card applications, and then require that you call the fraud department.
