Disability and the bankruptcy file, or should not I?
Can the credit card company get my disability money like they garnish the wages? Will my Credit Clear-up in 6 years if I do not file bankruptcy? It has 15 months since I have charged account.It card, all on a loan is 12 months since I-debt have paid, to one of my credit card. It is far more than 10 times the reported national average.
