Credit Card Approval Credit Scores

Any credit card companies that guarantee approval for an unsecured card?
Trying to get back on my feet again after going through hard times financially. Has a steady job, but low credit score due to the many old debts that are now the collection. Have tried to Orchard Bank and First Prime Minister, without success. Any suggestions?
If you really want to get on their feet again, stay away from credit cards! Credit cards only to their financial situation worse. If you really need a card because it is the only way to pay for something (I can not think of any, but someone probably list a lot), buy a prepaid MasterCard or Visa (think Walgreen's is responsible for the brand Green Dot.)
