I needed some quick cash today, so I went to Belk, requested a credit card and instant approval.I easy huh.I thought wow the lady asked if I could use anywhere.She say yes and he gives a series temporary until my card comes in the mail.So tried to use the card at the grocery store store.It work.Does no meaning I can only use the credit card, your store?
